Use this form to select and submit which courses you will be taking to fulfill your graduate degree requirements.

Departmental Scheduling of Final Oral Examination
Use this form to schedule your final oral exam.  This form must be completed and turned in to the Department Graduate Secretary (Lesley Turner) at least two weeks before the scheduled exam date.

Departmental Approval for Submission of Dissertations, Theses, or Selected Projects

After your thesis has received final approval, submit this completed form to the Library Administration Office (2060 HBLL), along with the required number of copies of your thesis, and the appropriate binding fee.  Thesis copies must properly formatted, labeled, and conform to the requirements explained in the document "Minimum Standards for Submitting Dissertations, Theses, or Selected Projects."

This document explains the format and style standards that theses submitted for binding must follow.  Please read this document carefully as theses not meeting these standards will need to be reprinted in accordance with these standards.
