Greg Wrubell is the Director of Broadcast Media for BYU Athletics, and serves as the “Voice of the Cougars” for BYU’s football, men’s basketball and women’s soccer programs. In addition to his radio play-by-play responsibilities, Wrubell is also the host of weekly broadcasts featuring BYU’s football and basketball coaches.
Before joining BYU Athletics, Greg was associated with the Cougars through more than 25 years of broadcasting on BYU’s terrestrial flagship radio station, KSL Newsradio in Salt Lake City.
Greg is a native Canadian who graduated from BYU, earning a Communications degree with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. He and his wife make their home in Cedar Hills and have a son and three daughters, including a BYU graduate and current BYU student.
