Wage/Salary: $180 per solo project $280 for group projects. There will be two solo projects through the season and three group projects.

QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Technical skills:
Experience shooting and editing video (music videos, events, social media, etc.).
• Proficiency with at least one editing program (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut/Adobe Premiere Rush for lighter‑duty work).
• Advanced understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound (framing, exposure, clear audio).
Creative and content skills:
• Some experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
Practical and personal qualifications:
• Reliable with deadlines and able to turn around projects within agreed timelines.
• Owns or has access to video equipment (camera, stands, or equivalent) and a laptop for editing.
• Passion for Glorify Christ’s mission and desire to glorify God through art.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
Skilled in filming, video editing, and creatively piecing together dance cuts with a backing track.
• Willing to travel to each project’s onsite filming location.
• Willing to communicate regularly with the director via text throughout each project.
• Available to meet with the director after the initial shoot to review footage and select the best cuts for the final video.
• Open to feedback and direction on camera angles, shot ideas, and creative ways to bring each concept to life.
• Responsible for managing our YouTube channel and helping to continuously improve our upload and content system.
