Mandi Rolfe

Mandi brings a rich background in education, non-profits, publishing, and event planning to the College of Fine Arts and Communications. She holds a Master of Education from Southern Utah University and spent 15 years in the education sector before joining BYU in 2021.
At BYU, she discovered a passion for supporting students, organizing events, and contributing to the university’s mission. Most recently, she worked in the Research Development Office, where she supported faculty research, planned events, and supervised student employees.
Known for her organization and attention to detail, Mandi thrives in fast-paced environments and is deeply committed to student success. In her free time, she enjoys traveling internationally, running, photography, and reading books focused on personal and spiritual growth—usually with a protein bar and a bag of nuts close by.
