QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Required:
- Enrolled student at BYU
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build trust with clients.
- Basic understanding of branding principles and client-focused marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights that drive brand performance.
- Good with Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) and client management tools.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and brand positioning.
- Experience with client reporting tools and familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- A passion for problem-solving and providing creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and acting as a trusted brand consultant.
- Develop and implement brand growth strategies to drive client success and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess brand performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, product, etc.) to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring they are fully equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to maximize their brand’s potential.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional services or products that will enhance the client’s brand strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging market opportunities to offer innovative strategies for brand growth.
- Drive client retention and renewal efforts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing growth strategies, campaign results, and future plans.
- Resolve client issues proactively and ensure clients are supported throughout their brand development journey.
