QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
We are seeking a candidate who is pursuing a degree or career path in communications or a related field, with a strong interest in social media marketing and content creation. The ideal applicant is comfortable filming and editing video content, has a creative eye for engaging digital storytelling, and is open to feedback with a willingness to make revisions and improvements to content as needed.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
Create weekly social media content (about three times per week) including reels and carousel posts.
Support the creation of ad content for Earth Harbor, including reels and static posts for paid media.
Develop engaging content with strong hooks that build trust and credibility with customers. Videos should be filmed with bright lighting and clean, beautiful backgrounds that align with the brand aesthetic. Stay up to date on platform trends and thoughtfully amplify skincare education and brand messaging.
Primary platforms include Instagram, with a focus on growing our presence on TikTok.
Some content will feature women aged 35+. The intern will collaborate with individuals within their personal network such as family members, friends, or community members who are comfortable being filmed using skincare products in exchange for complimentary products.
This role offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to learn how social media marketing works from content creation through performance driven storytelling.
