QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
- Confidence and competence in networking and building relationships with peers, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Innovative thinking with a knack for generating fresh ideas and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our company intranet and corporate social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and posts.
- Community Management: Engage with our employees, participate in online conversations, and help us foster a positive and active online employee community. This also includes identifying content that can be used to support our corporate Daily Newsletter.
- Giving Back: Help plan and promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, working on projects that give back to the community during the Back-to-School giving season.
- Public Relations: Assist in developing outreach materials and supporting efforts to share key company initiatives.
- Campaign Support: Work across the team to help organize and advance annual campaigns and projects that promote our goals and brand.
- Collaborative Brainstorming: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute fresh ideas to drive our brand forward.
