MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior call center experience.
- Prior customer service experience.
PREFERRED
- Prior data entry experience.
- Prior office/clerical experience.
- Prior experience learning, retaining, and applying laws, rules, policies, and/or procedures.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
This division receives a high volume of telephone, email, online chat exchanges, and virtual teleconference interactions with customers and registrants. Your position will be in a call center environment. Your roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Receiving and responding professionally to incoming phone calls from the public.
- Responding professionally through written communication to customers via email and online chat.
- Engages with customers professionally through virtual teleconferencing interactions.
- Providing the public and others with information regarding starting a new business.
- Helping the public and others with information about existing businesses, UCC filings, and Trademark filings.
- Reviewing and processing filings as needed.
- Obtaining and maintaining up-to-date knowledge regarding division policies, applicable Utah Code provisions, and regulatory standards.
- Verifying existing business information and entering information into the database.
