DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & WordPress Specialist to support our marketing and website initiatives on a 6-month contract basis. This role will focus on managing and optimizing Google Ads, setting up and maintaining Google Analytics, and migrating our websites from GoDaddy to WordPress while ensuring performance, tracking, and SEO best practices are preserved.

- Set up and audit Google Analytics (GA4)
- Configure conversion tracking, events, and goals
- Integrate Google Tag Manager as needed
- Provide insights and performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Google Ads Management
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, or other as applicable)
- Set up conversion tracking and ensure accurate attribution
- Monitor budgets, performance, and ROI
- Test ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve results
- Website Migration & WordPress Support
- Lead the migration of our website from GoDaddy to WordPress
- Ensure minimal downtime and proper redirects
- Preserve SEO value (URLs, metadata, page speed, indexing)
- Provide post-launch support and troubleshooting
- Communicate progress, timelines, and risks clearly
- Document setups, processes, and recommendations
- Work closely with internal team members
