QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong eye for design and a natural sense of what looks and feels on-brand, especially in print layout design.
- Can create polished work without needing a fully built style guide for every project
- Understands how to work within a brand and not just follow templates
- Is comfortable making creative decisions and refining them through feedback
- Must be familiar with and comfortable designing content centered on LDS doctrines and principles, as much of the work supports teaching and learning in that context.
You don’t need to be a creative director, but you should be confident in designing independently.
Experience & Skills
- A portfolio that shows strong, brand-driven design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual balance
- Experience with both print and digital design is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing branded marketing and product assets
- Working within our existing brand while helping extend it thoughtfully
- Making layout, typography, and visual hierarchy decisions independently
- Collaborating with our creative team and incorporating feedback
- Owning your projects from concept through final delivery
