QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field with an interest in employee development and continuous learning.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and software tools. 
  • Video editing and project management skills preferred. 
  • Experience in design or instructional design a plus. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities. 
  • Spanish language proficiency strongly desired

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

  • Assist in the design and development of training coursework focused, with a focus on safety and food safety. 
  • Support the creation of multimedia content including videos, presentations, and other digital learning assets. 
  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts across the company, including in the US and International operations, to gather content, resources, and create comprehension measures for training modules. 
  • Help manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve training effectiveness and engagement.
