QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field with an interest in employee development and continuous learning.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and software tools.
- Video editing and project management skills preferred.
- Experience in design or instructional design a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Spanish language proficiency strongly desired
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
- Assist in the design and development of training coursework focused, with a focus on safety and food safety.
- Support the creation of multimedia content including videos, presentations, and other digital learning assets.
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts across the company, including in the US and International operations, to gather content, resources, and create comprehension measures for training modules.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve training effectiveness and engagement.
