QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
- An undergraduate student graduating in 2027, 2028, or 2029 pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communications
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Basic graphic design skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of digital marketing and media planning
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
- Assist in planning and coordinating regional sales events, including site logistics, collateral, invites, samples, and materials.
- Manage branded merchandise and marketing assets, including purchase order creation and inventory tracking.
- Support the marketing team with financial administrative tasks and documentation.
- Contribute to special projects in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Manage internal and external communications, including template development, contact list maintenance, and cataloging of historical communications.
- Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment with exposure to both strategic and operational activities.
