QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
- Proactively generate and pursue new catering leads through email, phone, in-person outreach, and local networking.
- Confidently follow up, build relationships, and help close catering opportunities to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Create and post engaging social media content that promotes catering services and generates inbound leads.
- Track outreach efforts, leads, bookings, and sales performance to ensure consistent growth and accountability.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
- Build and strengthen relationships within the local community (businesses, schools, churches, gyms, real estate offices, event planners, etc.).
- Represent the restaurant at local events, networking meetups, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility.
- Develop partnerships with local organizations to drive catering and group orders.
- Create engaging social media content that highlights catering services, community involvement, customer spotlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote catering specials, seasonal offerings, and local events.
- Capture photo and video content in-store and at catering events for use across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages and building an active local online community.
- Track social media engagement and community outreach efforts to measure growth and impact.
