QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in marketing, PR, and/or sweepstakes campaigns, with a curiosity to explore competitor analysis and digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and familiarity with web development tools is a plus (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and managing sweepstakes, promotional, and marketing campaigns.
  • Project Coordination: Help create and maintain campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Internal Collaboration: Assist campaign managers with communications between clients, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Content Management: Organize and track campaign materials (emails, landing pages, social media posts, etc.).
  • Research & Outreach: Conduct competitor analysis and research potential brand partners. Assist with outreach efforts to build relationships and secure collaborations.
  • Website & Digital Presence: Support the development and updating of the company's website and digital content (e.g., landing pages, blog posts).
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist with campaign reporting and analysis to measure success and improve future campaigns.
  • Administrative Support: Help manage promotional calendars, track progress on various projects, and assist with the development of campaign materials across multiple platforms.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to other seasonal projects, such as tracking industry trends, managing online content, and supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks that help keep the agency running smoothly.
