QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrate outstanding creative conceptual and design skills through a portfolio that is clean, smart and visually strong (please include a link to your portfolio when applying)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Skills in concepting, design and video
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns.
- Strategic thinking and adept problem solving
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
- Experience with and confidence in working with clients. Agency experience a plus
- Ability to understand, communicate, and develop creative solutions that address specific client goals
- Experience navigating the complexities of a busy agency with many clients
- Resourceful and proactive
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly effective communication skills (interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation)
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
- Understand, communicate, and develop creative solutions that address specific client goals
- Prepare and develop presentations to internally and to existing and potential clients
- Design work for video, outdoor, email, digital ads, social, UX and branding
- Work effectively with a copywriter
- Mentor younger creatives
- Recommend measures to improve work and quality of product
- Contribute to the creative culture of the agency
