QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
- Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related major
- Interest in social media growth and digital branding
- Basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with Captions, InStories, Splice, or similar mobile editing tools
- Organized, creative, and self-motivated
- Interest in finance is helpful but not required
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and community platforms)
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Clips)
- Help manage posting schedule and content calendar
- Track and analyze engagement and growth metrics
- Research social media trends and growth strategies
- Assist with brand positioning and audience development
- Optional: support community engagement and content campaigns
