QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Active knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends
  • Creative, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with Canva and/or CapCut (or eager to learn)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Able to commit consistent weekly hours
  • Comfortable assisting with filming, editing, brainstorming, and social media management
  • Previous experience is a plus, but a strong portfolio/personal social presence can substitute for formal experience
  • Interest in women's fitness, health, wellness, or sports preferred

JOB DUTIES

  • Assist with filming and capturing social media content for Sora’s Instagram and TikTok
  • Help plan and execute Reels, TikToks, athlete interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based videos
  • Come up with creative, engaging content ideas that fit Sora’s brand and audience
  • Attend occasional filming days, photoshoots, workouts, events, and activations to capture content
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage and candid moments that can be used for social media
  • Help with editing short-form videos using CapCut or similar editing tools
  • Help create graphics, carousels, Stories, and other social content in Canva
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining Sora’s content library
  • Help identify relevant TikTok/Instagram trends, sounds, hooks, and content formats
  • Assist with posting and scheduling content when needed
  • Help monitor comments and DMs and identify opportunities for future content
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to turn ideas into consistent, ready-to-post content
  • Be willing to jump in, be creative, and help wherever needed to keep Sora’s content pipeline full

No previous professional social media experience is required. We’re most interested in creativity, initiative, personality, and a strong understanding of social media.
