I’m not necessarily looking for someone with years of marketing experience. I care more about whether you have good creative instincts, can write naturally, understand what feels current on social media, and actually get things done.

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, photography/video, or AI tools is helpful. An interest in interior design, real estate, Airbnb, entrepreneurship, or startups is also a plus.

More than anything, I want someone who is proactive. Someone who will see an idea or trend and say, “We should make our version of this,” instead of waiting for me to tell them exactly what to do.

• Creating and posting content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Editing short-form videos and Reels from project footage
• Turning our Airbnb projects into before-and-afters, project breakdowns, carousels, and educational content
• Helping me film founder-led content and turning raw footage into finished posts
• Coming up with hooks, captions, video ideas, and recurring content series
• Maintaining a consistent weekly posting schedule
• Repurposing one project or idea into multiple pieces of content
• Paying attention to trends and bringing new content ideas to the table
• Tracking what performs well and helping us improve based on what is actually working
• Helping organize photos, videos, project assets, and testimonials
• Occasionally helping with website case studies, SEO content, partnerships, and other marketing projects
