Nicole Norris has served as Internship and Career Services Coordinator for the BYU School of Communications since 2018. In this role, she supports student career readiness through personalized guidance, event coordination, and fostering a collaborative community. She is dedicated to connecting students with internships, career resources, and experiential learning opportunities, helping them identify their strengths and take confident steps toward meaningful futures.
As a BYU alumna, Nicole brings a background in real estate, K–12 education, and athletics support, and is known for her creativity, curiosity, and people-centered approach to leadership. She believes that strong relationships and a curious mindset are essential to personal, professional, and spiritual growth, and is energized when passion meets purpose. She values the versatility of communications across industries and is especially inspired by its power to share light and truth with the world.
Beyond her professional role, Nicole is a devoted mother of four, a lacrosse team photographer, and an enthusiastic sideline supporter. She treasures life’s small but meaningful moments, whether capturing the perfect photo, attending the temple, exploring family history, or watching a sunset, especially at the beach, and delights in helping others discover purpose in both their work and personal lives.
