PR Intelligence Lab

The BYU PR Intelligence Lab is a faculty-led, student-run public relations consultancy housed within Brigham Young University's School of Communications. Established in 2021 in Provo, Utah, this lab offers an immersive, mentored experience where students develop essential PR skills—strategic communication, media relations, research, crisis management, and data analytics—as they collaborate with real clients to drive meaningful social impact and uphold BYU’s values of light and truth. Through semester-long, classroom-integrated projects, students analyze audience behavior, craft impactful messaging, monitor media, deploy biometrics testing, and guide organizational strategy via comprehensive reports and presentations.
