QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (business or marketing preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (including CRM software and Microsoft 365).
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for the medical device industry (a plus).

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

  • Conduct research on assigned leads and prospects.
  • Assist with outbound cold calls and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by identifying their needs and purchase interest.
  • Prepare for prospect calls by gathering relevant company information.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data within the CRM system.
  • Participate in team meetings and learn from experienced sales representatives.
  • Help develop marketing plan/strategy for upcoming campaigns.
  • Work 20-40 hours per week.

Interns will be directly supervised by our marketing coordinator who will provide ongoing feedback, guidance, training, and necessary resources to ensure their success. In addition to the marketing coordinator, you will work with business development reps, director of sales, and the two partners.
