- Strong understanding of Church initiatives, products, doctrine, history, organization, policy, and protocol.
Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
- Assist department leaders with office tasks, logistics, correspondence, research, and reception duties.
- Monitor public conversations by collecting and annotating data about Church and related communications initiatives.
- Conduct and analyze research on key topics to support directors and teams.
- Prepare detailed briefing materials to support communication projects and initiatives.
- Edit and review content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Support event planning and execution with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide event and meeting support.
- Follow directions precisely and maintain a high level of detail.
- Demonstrate adaptability in dynamic or evolving situations.
- Manage challenging deadlines and collaborate effectively with team members.
