Part/Full Time Internship
Position start date: ASAP (we’re open to a summer internship or longer)
Location: We are based in Provo on BYU campus and hold in-person shoots locally.
Job Type: Hybrid is preferred but remote is possible for the right person.
Hours per Week: 15–40 (flexible depending on your schedule and availability)

QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
- Passion for the fitness industry, especially women's fitness content
- Strong understanding of creator culture and social platforms
- Willingness to both ideate behind the scenes and appear in content
- Clear communicator, self-starter, and team player
- PR, marketing, or photo/video skills are a plus, but not required
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
- You’ll work closely with our CMO to:
- Coordinate and support content shoots
- Scout, reach out to, and onboard fitness creators to our athlete program
- Assist in organizing and growing our creator strategy
- Contribute to marketing brainstorms, campaign planning, and storytelling efforts
- Occasionally appear in social media content and support Otishi’s brand voice
