QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT

- Ability to create visually appealing content
- Basic understanding of graphic design, photography, or video editing
- Ability to tailor tone and messaging according to the brand’s voice and the platform’s audience
- Creativity in content creation and brainstorming new social media campaign ideas
- Ability to proofread and ensure that content is error-free before posting
- Careful monitoring of brand guidelines to maintain consistency
- Willingness to take on new tasks and adapt to the company’s goals and culture
- Ability to work well within a team and coordinate with others

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

- Design and schedule social media posts across various platforms
- Ensure all social media posts align with the organization’s brand guidelines (tone, voice, and visual identity)
- Monitor online conversations, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and positive. Work with the Communications team to engage followers.
- Help maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and organized posting
- Help plan and execute social media campaigns or promotions
- Maintain consistency across platforms by adhering to pre-established content themes and messaging
- Help identify potential influencers or partners for collaboration or sponsored content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and strategies
