Ability to write and edit written materials (required)

  • Basic knowledge of email etiquette (required)
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate on projects (required)
  • Basic digital design knowledge (desired)
  • Knowledge of MailChimp software (bonus)

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

Are you interested in email marketing? Join the strategic marketing team at BYU Continuing Education. BYU CE hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including Women’s Conference, Education Week, EFY, and other Youth Programs. We are seeking a student to help run the email efforts for some of these events.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain real marketing experience and enhance your resume before graduation. While your primary responsibility will be to help write and design emails in MailChimp, your tasks may touch other areas in marketing as well such as copywriting, social media campaigns, and ad creation.
No previous work experience is required if the applicant demonstrates an ability and desire to learn quickly. We need someone who is reliable and efficient. All needed skills can be taught and learned on the job.
