DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
This dual-focused internship is designed to provide valuable support to two key strategic initiatives. For People Development, you’ll be hands-on in creating a central online space where our managers can quickly find and access everything they need to succeed in their roles. You'll be a key player in driving positive change by making all essential development tools, resources, and information readily available in one place for our people leaders. Simultaneously, your contributions to the People Brand + Belonging team's Senior Leader Inclusion Guide will help foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace culture, directly impacting our ability to attract and retain top talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both the development of our internal leaders and the strength of our culture of belonging.
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT:
-Conduct a thorough audit of existing manager resources, including internal documents and learning platforms, and organize findings in a clear format
-Support the design and structure of the Manager Central by contributing to wireframes, information, architecture, and content categorization
-Assist in curating and summarizing key learning resources from platforms like LinkedIn Learning and internal systems for inclusion in the portal
-Help facilitate the pilot laugh by assisting with communication to the pilot group, managing access, and tracking initial usage data.
-Gather and analyze feedback from the pilot group to identify areas for improvement for the Manager Central
PEOPLE BRAND + BELONGING:
-Assist in the development of a "Senior Leader Inclusion Guide" by researching best practices and analyzing relevant data (e.g., inclusion Manager Effectiveness scores)
-Help curate actionable steps and resources that senior leaders can implement to increase inclusion within their teams
-Explore and learn about AI products within our Employee Experience (EX) platform to identify potential applications for the Inclusion Guide
-Contribute to the creation of enablement materials that empower senior leaders to self-service and drive inclusion
