QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT

  • Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and committed to the mission and values of A Child’s Hope.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to problem solve and present solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with
    diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of monday.com and Salesforce is preferred.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

  • Helping ensure member account management success through regular follow-up and data cleaning
  • Researching international organizations for recruitment into The Collective
  • Assisting in event planning and execution for The Collective
    - Helping research and vet potential presentations and trainings
    - Carrying out event planning tasks and moderating events
  • Assisting individuals to connect within The Collective as well as gathering success and impact stories
  • Supporting the Programs Team on projects related to programs
  • Other duties as assigned
