QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT

What You’ll Need:

  • Currently pursuing or have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven proficiency in Instagram and TikTok, with an understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • Strong design skills with experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools to create high-quality social media content.
  • Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging short-form video content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in DNA, genetics, science, biohacking, skincare, longevity, or related topics that align with the LifeDNA brand.
  • Ability to create and adapt content creation to meet regulatory/legal guidelines 

Bonus Points For:

  • Real-world experience in genetics, healthcare, or science communication.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns and user-generated content.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as Later.com.
  • A personal passion for health, wellness, and scientific advancements.
  • Previous experience working with a startup or fast-paced brand environment.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content for LifeDNA’s Instagram and TikTok accounts using Later.com.
  • Create engaging short-form video content that aligns with brand guidelines and current social media trends.
  • Conduct outreach to potential micro-influencers, coordinating product drops and managing influencer relationships.
  • Track influencer campaign performance and user-generated content submissions using influencer management software.
  • Collaborate with LifeDNA brand ambassadors (healthcare professionals) to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
  • Assist in community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions on social media.
  • Work closely with the founding team and Rhyz Incubator Brand Managers to meet deadlines and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Analyze content performance and provide recommendations to improve strategy and effectiveness.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and workflow to ensure consistency across platforms.
