QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Current enrollment in a related college/university program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or similar field).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Previous social media experience or personal branding is a plus but not required.
Experience with photography and videography a plus.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
Content Creation: Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and others.
Social Media Management: Monitor daily social media interactions, including comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with our online community.
Analytics & Reporting: Help track social media performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of social media campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry news to ensure Royal Army remains relevant and innovative.
Brand Voice: Ensure content aligns with Royal Army’s voice and overall brand message.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align content strategy with overall business goals.
