Full-Time Internship
BYU Washington Winter & Spr/Su 2025
Students interested in interning in Washington, DC can complete an online application at https://fhssinternships.byu.edu/washington-seminar-information. The best way to apply is to first visit our office in 945 KMBL to look through our internship database, with over 1,400 internship opportunities in the DC area. You will want TEN awesome internship opportunities to list in your online application. The application deadline for Winter is September 20, 2024 and Spr/Su application deadline is November 10, 2024.
Once you are in the program, our team will help you identify internships, build a strong resume, cover letter, and application for each opportunity, and offer mentorship along the way. We work with all majors and offer generous grant funding, inexpensive BYU housing in the DC area, a full credit package, and two student excursions to major historical sites. Students routinely report that their Washington Seminar experience is a highlight of their academic experience and a game changer in their professional development and career path.
